I think we need the worker more because it seems like a lot of people can just make up work with their imagination but finding help to execute the idea "work" and make the product real is more important. So I say the worker.

we need workers. it's amazing how many people can't read a tape measure!!! what in the world is so complicated about it? but everyone wants to make premium moolah. phblttt!
