From Wikipedia:
In various species, the tapetum lucidum is responsible for the equivalent of the red-eye effect in humans. In flash photographs, the eyes frequently appear to be glowing in one of a wide variety of colors including blue, green, yellow and pink. Bottlenose dolphins and dogs also have a tapetum lucidum. The tapetum lucidum reflects green in the pupils of a cat (in one photo)."
Other places mention cats with a yellow or even red reflection!

"In dogs this layer is present in one third of the back of the eye. As the dog matures, the color of the tapetum changes from slate gray to violet to red-orange at about 4 months of age. Some dogs, like huskys and collies with blue irises (subalbinotic) lack a tapetum lucidum."
That change to red-orange also goes through yellow, as mention has been made by others of dogs reflecting yellow at times.

From About.com:
"Depending on the different types of pigment found in the animal eye, you might see different colors shining back at you. The green glow is typical of deer, dogs, and cats, whereas a crocodile has a chilling red 'eye shine.'"

Seems like nobody can make up their minds about which animal has what color reflection!! The second link did a pretty thorough study on it, but it very heavy reading -- ugh! Thanks for the fun hunt!!

All animals do. They have a part in their eye called a tapetum.

Tapetum: The tapetum is a reflective structure that underlies the retina. It acts like a mirror reflecting light back through the retina so the retina gets two chances to catch the light. Animals that are active at night have a tapetum. Dogs, Cats, Horses, and Cows all have tapetums.
