Yes.. there is a very small opening in the anal cavity that leads to the uterus and can cause pregnancy. The chances are small, like I said, the opening is very tiny, but the risk is there.

The only way to get pregnant is to have sperm get into your uteris. unless you are having anal sex and sitting just right to let it ooze out and fall inside the other end, you can't possibly get pregnant from anal.
