just go2 mobile office i.e airtel, hutch, aircel, reliance, or bsnl n say tat its ur relative no n u ve missed his/her address n ask 4 their detail....
Or just say tat u r disturbed by this no....
they`ll give u the name n address that cell has been registered under.........
or file case on tat no if the situation gets out of hand.....
