in some ways i feel like i am the underdog.....when i was little i was diagnosed with autism......so i was an underdog to survive...or live life.....being a little overweight in grade school i was the underdog when it came to sports...but i could run fast and i had great knowledge of the rules of the games.....

not being too social i've been an underdog when it comes to getting girls....(still single)

i want the person who wants it the most to win...the person what wakes up with the desire to get first place.....if the person is the favorite to win...then that's fine...but if the person doesn't have the skills but has the drive....then that's who i want to win...the pesron that wants it the most

Yes I do. I was raised to treat everyone equally and fairly, unlike some people in our society. I have a son with Autism, so he is usually the underdog, and in order to keep his self esteem up to par, he requires a bit more rooting for. MY sons are raised as I was as well, the underdogs always come out on top in our eyes.

I root for the underdog at all things. Poor underdogs of the world they are never given credit for all the hard work they put into things!

Yes - just can't help it. Even when I like the dominant or champion, I still root for the underdog.

One of the most recent events I saw was the Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin fight. I really like Tito, and I really like Forrest. Because Tito dominated the first round - I pulled for Forrest for the rest of the fight. In the end, Tito won via decision, but it was only because he got one last takedown in the 3rd round. If that hadn't happened Forrest would have been the winner. Forrest is so awesome - he really was robbed.

No. It depends on who you think deserves it more. If someone is dominant, like Michael Johnson, you feel that they deserve it - they put all the work in, they have focus. Why should you root for someone who has just been lazier and is not naturally talented, either? Although, sometimes I root for people that I feel sorry for, it's a human reaction, I suppose.
