"Ultimate Spider-Man" by Activision is a lot of fun. Brian Michael Bendis, the writer of US-M, even wrote the storyline.

The original "Spider-Man" game by Activision is good, too. It's a little dated since it came out in 2001, but it's fun for any Spider-Man fan.

"Batman: Vengeance" by UbiSoft is worth a look, too. Lots of scenes and bat-devices to use.

One of the best PC Superhero games ever made is Freedom Force from Irrational games. It's a single-player campaign where you meet new heroes and villains as you go. It also has a cool hero creation system for LAN-party multiplayer battles. There's a sequel called Freedom Force vs the 4th Reich but the original is better.

Unfortunately Microsoft's Service Pack 2 for Windows XP wasn't compatible with the game, it just stopped working for most people when they installed SP2. Irrational Games released a patch to fix this, so you'll need to download it... Good luck!
