Well Orange and black are the colors for Halloween you could name one Autumn and the other one fall because they look like the colors of falling leaves. I hope this helped.

I had a heck of a time nameing my second female she is only two colors but i went with the name peaches cause she has two peachish color spots over her eyes my first guinea i got is gray and maggie seemed to fit her good. If your stuck i would visit baby names online or pet names might help you out too. You can also go by their personalities. The first name i chose for peaches was molly but peaches just fit her better.

How about Terry & Chocolate?
Your description - black and orange - made me think of the confectionery product, Terry's Chocolate Orange (see link below if you don't know what that looks like).
We got a little kitten just yesterday, and called her Pudding, because she looks like a Christmas Pudding - all black, but with a little drop of cream over one ear!

I named my 2 hamsters (male and female) off of the show F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I named them Ross and Rachel. Everyone thought it was so cute. You could do that or Google guinnea pig names.
