Check out the american cavy breeder's association site, the midwest avian and exotics care tip sheet site, and healthy pets site by the american animal hospital association (AAHA). PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE< take you cavy to a veterinarian who does small mammal and get a check and handouts on proper care. WE know what we are talking about, but the general info on the net can be posted by anybody, even a ten year old!!!
