music is not responsible for murders, people are so stupid to think that. the murders are caused by people who don' t want to be responsible and the people who don't think it was there fault and try to blame somebody else. i am against that kind of crap.

Well when people are immersed in music that talks all day long about killing, it only makes sense that they are desensitized to how wrong it is. Being desensitized and then seeing it as an answer through some songs is part of what makes some people think it might be a good idea.

Well informed people and ne1 with 1/2 a brain WON'T do this , the idea is completely LUDICROUS.......we all have some kind of level of violent capabilities,, WE make our own decisions ,,,,,, NOT MUSIC , NOT BOOKS or anything like that ,,,, and before any of you out there say we are not capable of violence ... let me ask you this , If your family were in a threatening situation , and you had oppertunity to protect them from ANY means ,,,, would you do it?

Because it's easier to blame something in the public eye than blame themselves for raising their children so poorly.

No idea. It certainly can't get kids out to vote either. And why would you want to get stupid MTV kids to vote in the first place? Is it because they are young and influential, and will help the Democrats? Was this somehow a way for the Democrats to get more votes, by getting the highly liberal 18 year olders to vote? What was the question?

It's an excuse for irresponsibility. The nuts and bolts of the whole thing is proper parenting.

They can't. People don't take responsibility for their own actions anymore, and always have to point the finger at someone else.
