Hi, You might suggest to your Mom to check out a product called Clear Advantage from Arbonne. I have a friend who is 30 who has tried everything out there and this product worked where nothing else did. She can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck to your Mom.

Wash face with a cloth, warm water (not hot!) and soap or face wash which you can find in almost any drug store (stuff like Clearsil 3 day treatment, if it is scrub (like wash with microbeads in it) don't use a cloth). As soon as she is done with the cloth, it should go in the wash, as acne breeding bacteria can live in clothes.

Pimples is what you use to describe uncomplicated acne. If she has lots and lots of pimples, and it is really bad then that is acne. If it is really bad acne, I would go reccomend going to see a dermatolagist, and he/she would know how to fix it.

l think that your mom should see a dermotologist to see what's right for her, in case anything else will break her out. the doctor will tell her what will be right for her skin type.
