Try and wear jeans and a short sleeve shirt for the rest of the summer. So that your legs will be covered from the sun when you go outside and also your upper arm will be too so you will be covered a bit but at the same time not be so hot. If you go swimming wear a 24 hour long sunscreeen so you wont get as tan and you willl be portected from the sun. also use a wash from bed bath and beyond that has seeds in itso that your skin can be exfoliated and it will get the burnt tan skin cells off slowly. kepp doing this and you will see your tan fading more and more by the day.

What ever you do, don't exfoliate...this just brings out a better layer of skin and will make your tan look even better. Like someone said above...it will fade in a few weeks. You will just fade naturally away from the colour you are...but if you're worried about going out in the sun and building the tan up even more...then why not try a sun block that will totally block the sun from reaching your skin?

The only alternative you have is to cover your skin completely when you're out in the sun. Skin bleaching is a long involved process that has the potential to damage your skin irreparably. (Look at Michael Jackson!) What's wrong with a natural tan and naturally dark skin anyway? I don't do anything to tan, but from February on I'm still acquiring one!

start up utilising a sunscreen on each occasion u circulate out, even in iciness. Make a paste of sandalwood powder, milk and lemon juice and word on the factors. Wash off whilst dry.do this each replace day or thrice a week. U could additionally use grated coconut- it has a organic bleaching effect, on the tanned factors. regardless of therapy u follow, do only it always.
