Their thoughts belong to them. If you choose to make it your business then that is your own thought.

i think i dare say that it is important what people think of you. This of course depends entirely on what people we are referring to. If its some idiot up the road who has no life and keep nosing about to try and spread gossip, you dont really want to care what that person thinks about you cause, their opinions arent worth jack...
For me as a Christian its important that people see my way of life, that they see good in me which restores their faith in humankind. For me showing how honesty, kindness, generosity, sincerity and love pays off, that is important because we are asked to love our neighbours as ourselves and not see ourselves as apart from other human beings. I think we as a human race can progress well if we treated each other with love and respect. Its sad to contemplate that only natural disasters or large scale disasters can draw us close as people when we couldnt otherwise we arsed to care about the next person. So, based on my thoughts, i think its important that we take care to ensure we make everyone around us feel loved and respected, and in so doing, hopefully get that same, if not in actions, then at least in thoughts, its a starting point.

Probably not, and if it was my business I would probably be self conscious for the entirety of my life at knowing all the crap they think. I do think people close to you have a right to know only because you have established a level of intimacy that warrants a deeper level of communication - but that is it.

To be honest I think it may be scary for some people to hear what people think of them. I live a life where I respect people and I am very nice to them. We can only hope that we leave a positive impression. We cannot walk through life worrying about what people think of you. Concentrate more on how you treat people then what they think about you.

No, they can and will think what they like. The best bit here is that I can think anything I want to of them too.

I can't tell who has the worst opinion of whom, though they would often have to try really hard .

I don't give a hoot about what people think of me on here - they don't know me and cannot judge me apart from the words I write. I care about what my friends and family think of me because I care about them and their opinion matters to me. The rest of the world can go and f*ck itself.

As long as I have the respect of my children, grandchildren and friends, I don't really care what others think of me.

So I guess I don't need to know what they think. I guess it isn't any of my business because it doesn't effect me.

People can think what they like about me. I'm not bothered either way. I have enough good friends and family around me so don't need anymore.

not really cos everyone is entitled to their opinion and whether they express it or not is entirely up to them!!!!! You can usually guess peoples opinions of you without them even telling you through body language and the way they talk to you. Its kind of like an unspoken language!!!!

I would pillage heaven, hell and earth to know what people are thinking about me. No form of life would be spared in my quest for this knowledge.
