We moan for many reasons:
1. To express our pleasure aloud
2. To boost a man's ego
3. To excite a man so that he gets his more quickly
4. To keep the room from being quiet
5. To imitate what we've seen happen on tv
6. To keep from screaming
7. To hide discomfort
8. To encourage the man to be more verbal
Just some reasons that I've let out a moan or two in the past...Hope this sheds some light.
