India, it has so much potential, great brains etc, but it is held back because of the indoctrinacted system of bribery. Even the top people accept bribes against the best interest of their countrymen. Look into the lastest saga regarding american drug companies using indians as human gunea pigs, with the indian govt tacit agreement.
