Jesi, why haven't you closed out the other four times you asked this question by picking a "Best Answer?" This is inconsiderate, don't you think?

I guess it's supposed to be "Tony Snow," the new Bush mouthpiece, but I certainly wouldn't call him very famous.

I don't recall the snow in the Robert Frost poem "waking up" the narrator, who in fact comments on his weariness.
