Eleanor, and it was a modified 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, which did not really exisit until Shelby started producing the 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500E after the movie.

Depends... If you want the one from the original Gone in 60 Seconds, same name as above, Elenor, but it was a 73 Mustang Mach 1. Now the newer version was also as above, a modified '68 Shelby Mustang.
