After 10 years, I am tempted to believe this guy may have been grossly obsessed with her and has come forward and confessed merely for attention? I just don't know. He could've done it, but the story seems turned around now. Please give all thoughts and opinions, details welcome!!

I agree with you totally...I don't think he had anything to do with it. I heard last night that he was totally obsessed with the Polly Klaas murder, to the point of wanting to write a book about it...Makes one wonder..

A reporter made an interesting point last night. He got a free plane ride back to the States. Was that his only intention?

Well, he seems to be a industrial-strength mental case. Who
else would put themselves through that unless they were---
(what's the medical term?)--- cuckoo.

He has had four years of guessing to finally get something right. He just wants out of the situation he is in. The jails are a lot tougher in those type countries than her in our liberal jails. I think they should send him back.

Welcome to the club, friend.

I don't buy his confession for one second. They claim he knows details only the killer could know, but nothing he has said makes sence so far. None of the pieces fit..it's extremely possible he's looking for attention.
