if i have been appointed a lawyer, what are my rights if they dont do there job, and they discuss my case?

with others,in other words they sell you out, what can be done?

Request a new lawyer. That is your right.

who did your lawyer discuss your case with? what is the suit about? the lawyer is allow to discuss your case with the other lawyer in the suit

You can fire your lawyer and either request a different one, or defend yourself.

In addition, if you can prove the breached the attorney-client priviledge, than you can certainly sue them.
