It has been marketed as a cult movie. That is stupid. Movie don't become cult hits until they are way gone from the movie theatre. It sounds to me to be a gimmick promotion to get a lot of people in on the first weekend out. Americans are stupid and bored, and have too much time on their hands. That's why Snakes on a Plane will probably be the number one movie this weekend.

The "hot girl" they got for the movie isn't really even that hot, plus I haven't really liked any Samuel Jackson movies lately, except for his role in the Samuel Jackson beer commercial on the Dave Chappelle Show, and that was Dave Chappelle.
No snakes on a plane.
Couldn't you just start killing all the snakes?

I hate snakes, and its just another Hollywood blockbuster people will spend millions on for a couple hours of entertainment so that the the films crew and Samuel Jackson can be millions richer. I'll keep my $8 for myself thankyou.

I'm hating when I send a Fan letter to Samuel Jackson. He doesn't usually play in Stupid movies. I'm surprised.
I hope it isn't as bad as I suspect.

Saw it at the 10pm preview last night!!!
While it's not going to reach cult status like say The Rocky Horror Picture Show *imo anyway*, it's exactly like you think it's going to be...so bad it's good!

It looks silly doesn't it? I think it will be entertaining because it's so silly but their seems to be a ridiculous amount of hype about it. I'll probably rent it.

i have no intention to see it.
it has soooo much marketing and hype, however, that doesn't make a good movie.
i'm thinking ananconda, but more smaller snakes.
