Does anyone know how to snag/download videos off mytube?

Someone said Firefox has a plug in for this but I can't get it to work. If anyone knows how, can you tell me or if I tell you which video I want, can you get it for me?

choose youtube from the drop down menu, and then copy the video url into the bar provided.
