my nephew would love it for his birthday if u can still get them but i cant remember what they were called to google it

"Sea Monkeys"

They're actually some type of small aquatic plankton or something like that. Unfortunately they don't possess those faces of the mom and dad and kids that were the "artistic conception" in the advertisment.

It was definately the infamous "Sea Monkeys". They were brine shrimp and try as they might, they never achieved the level of technology needed to build those castles where the ones in the ads lived or even manufacture the crowns.

They're called "sea monkeys," but they wouldn't look anything like what's on the cover--they're actually brine shrimp, which are little tiny shrimp (MAYBE 1/4 inch) that my husband feeds to his tropical fish.
