All depends what sort of underware it is, Y-Front can be worn 4 days with turning inside out a G strinf though can be worn for 6 days with turning around and inside out!

7. Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. It is dangerous to wear 2 or more pairs. If you accidentally put on more than one pair, you should take the others off as soon as possible. If you are not sure how many pairs you are wearing clues to wearing too many are: You will become gradually more disorientated throughout the day and your trousers won't fit properly and people will look at you funny. Wear them for 2 days max then turn them inside out and hey presto you get to wear them for another 2 days, so in conclusion it is safe to wear the same pair for no more than 4 days

I agree withe the 1/2 day female and 1or 2 days male. But there are no laws about it go hog wild(if you like infections, smelling like a porta-potty and repulsing the opposite sex)

Go commando! I quit wearing underwear and, WOW, it's a great and sensuous feeling and no one can tell. You "boys" are loose and happy and friction is good too. Try it.
