Wow, that is wayyy too much information from your boss. How gross and how sad that you have to listen to it. There should always be a limit on how much is said...my best advice would be not to engage in deep conversation with her - if she tells you something you don't like hearing, you can laugh and say, "OK, way too much information there!" Maybe she will get the hint. Yikes!!

It's very inappropriate what she is doing. Bosses have to be very careful about this type of thing, in that they may almost unconsciously, start to develop a sometimes one-sided, close friendship with employees who they communicate well with. If she is in a very male-dominated profession or place of work, she may feel that she can turn to other women in the place to establish close friendships with, even her employees. That's a no-no in the workplace. If she does this again, tell her gently, that you don't feel comfortable talking about things like that. That should be a hint for her to pull back a little and search elsewhere for other lady friends to talk about personal type information.

This is not correct behaviour for a business relationship. But how do you tell her?No way to do it without harming your relationship more than she already has.I guess you got to turn a blind ear,as they say,let it come in one ear and out the other.Don't volunteer personal information in return, she could be fishing for that, too.Never drink or party with supervisors if it can be avoided, but if you do,watch your behavior carefully.I've had supervisors who used these opportunities to get an advantage over their employees.Watch your back.
Mid level managers have a delicate line to walk, and I don't envy them. They catch crap from both sides, and end up pleasing neither.Sometimes they try to hard to "make friends" , and feel betrayed when people leave.
Of course, she could be doing more than just trying to fit in,and the old sexual harassment rules cut both ways.

I feel that a Supervisor of a company shouldn't be talking like that around their employees... I feel that when that person got promoted that their ethics got a lot stricter..

Mac's Work Law:2--If an employee is uncomfortable with a situation then it should be known or confronted to that person. If it continues then report it so it can get corrected.

For your boss to speak to you in such a manner is very unprofessional and could get her in a lot of trouble especially on the sexual nature and disciplinary nature.

What you need to do is to make sure you don't laugh and grin with her making her feel its alright to discuss such unprofessional-ism behavior around you. When she notices that you aren't enjoying it, maybe she might take her conversation somewhere else and I hope outside of the work place. Good Luck

When it makes you (the employee) uncomfortable, she's crossed the line. Tell her you'd rather not hear about her sex life that it makes you uncomfortable. It's better to get it out in the open instead of making your work life miserable.

That's tough. Can you just let it be and learn whatever is available to be learned? The problem is there are two people who need to agree on where the line is and one has more power than the other. You might try, "I'm embarrassed to be discussing such things."

Thats disgusting, i would be outraged if my boss said something like that to me, let alone knowing she actually likes being fisted. I would not be able to look at her with any respect as her being my employer any longer, i would be putting in applications elsewhere.

except the call of the fragrance has obtrusive sexual or in any different case beside the point undertones, i'd say it is unquestionably an suited present. maximum women persons love fragrance, and ladies persons will purchase fragrance for one extra each and every of the time, so why can't a male, notwithstanding if he's a boss? there's a superb line between a superb present and a naughty present...purely ascertain the boss hasn't crossed it!

If it makes you uncomfortable i recommend you changing the subject as soon as you can. She will get the picture. As for fitting in I dont see why thats a issue , either you like her as a person or not.
