There are free programmes which you can download from the Internet,but you may also bring a load of rubbish with it! In some extreme circumstances, the only efficient way to sanitize a spyware infected computer is to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system from scratch, leaving no residue of your former installation.Its what we did,it worked a treat. Once done be sure to install a good spyware programme,and anti-virus software.

There is a free online spyware cleaning tool available in the Trend-Micro website however that is for windows 2000/XP. The URL is http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/

There is lot of free spy ware removal tools available for free. Go to net and download one of them. I know that the tool called “SpyBot S&D” is one of the famous software for this. But you can also find them with Yahoo toolbar even. Run a search on Google or Yahoo for this and down load the SpyBot. It’s free!

Lavasoft's Ad-Aware SE can help. Some spyware is imbedded in programs and can only be removed by deleting program.

Try Ad-aware. It's free and it works on Windows 98 too. Works like a charm. =)

get new abode windows software and aol. aol has mcafee anti each and every little thing.it blocks stops and smashes something you could imagine of. or only purchase macs cd and installation. its more beneficial effectual than norton.

click on control panel, add and remove program/ just delete. but first u must off the software..
