The freak's name is spelled 'Grimace', but does it matter? Yeah, what the heck is that? I think the costumers just found some old shag carpeting, dyed it purple, and said, "Here you go, a new character!" The advertising board all moaned and GRIMACED in response to the horridness, and thus a name was originated.

That's funny. I think he is a coagulated blob composed of various unsightly chemicals which form from the substances released when that ungodly (but strangely good) food is cooked
