Incest - who give community the right to question if the girl approve of it, and want it?

it is the community that is going to have to deal with (pay medical bills and institution bills) for any kid that results with bad genes from incest. Even before they realized about the effects on offspring they realized that incest is usually the result of a family member taking advantage of a younger person who is close to them because of family ties. Those younger people might think they want it just because they are too young to know what they are getting into.

There are many people who disapprove of it soley from a moral ground only. I view it as wrong from a biological perspective as well. Get too many of the same genes in the pool and it gets stagnant. Gotta mix it up. Think about medieval European rulers for example who were fantastic about interbreeding amongst themselves to keep weath and power within the family. There are a lot of birth defects, deformaties and insanity- the product of gernerations of incest. Since retaining wealth within a family is not such a huge concern, we as a society push the morality perspective.

It is the law. It stops fathers, and mothers takeing advantage of young children who are two little and mentaly vaunerable to tell the difference between right and wrong. Not to mention that incestual offspring can show signs of deformacy. The people gave the community the right to question incest!
