I did not read the policy so now I have been charged 149.99 for the first product I received and the autoship shipment. I was supposed to cancel within 14 days. I have not opened any of these products. Can I return these unopened product and get a refund? The company says I cannot.

Have you contacted the company? Is it past the 14 days? Maybe request to speak with the supervisor is worth a shot. That is how they get you, with that trial stuff. You may have had to learn an expensive lesson here. Sorry about that. Yes, ebay might be a way to sell it. Are you going to continue to get these as an autoship and payment deduction? I would write a letter too to the company and stop this product from coming. Good Luck to you!

It doesn't sound as though it was a free trial. Normally, according to law, you have ten days to change your mind, even though you signed a contract. I suppose your check has cleared and/or money taken from your credit card? I don't believe there is much you can do about this legally. It would cost more to pursue this case.

Sell it on ebay for the same price and get your money back! If you don't want to do that, there isn't anything else you can do.

i guess you have to keep it unless you want to sell it on ebay and you might get more then what you paid
