This is a nice way to rephrase "If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it does it make a sound?". The answer to your question is yes, just because someone else doesn't hear it, doesn't mean that you didn't mean anything. I can sit in a room with some of the greatest geniuses in history, but if I'm listening to my Ipod, I won't hear anything.

Yes I have said something even if you don't hear it. Example #1 You may be death and able to read my lips. Example #2 I maybe talking about you not to you and even though you don't hear me someone else did so I said something. Example #3 I may be in love with you and just mouth the words I LOVE YOU with out making any noise but the smile on your face tells me i said something

Define "anything"
Do you mean the literal anything, as in did the other person make a sound?
Or do you mean did the person say anything of interest/consequence?

That's just a variation on the tree in the forest, if nobody sees it is it there? I believe it is. It is an entity in itself and doesn't depend on us for it's existence.
Do you exist if the tree doesn't sense you?
