I wouldnt recommend it every day due to the high sugar content. It could cause an upset stomach, although I cant see any harm in a little biscuit every now and then as a treat. Rabbits tend to much prefer to eat savory things usually so Im surprised its even eating biscuits. I used to keep rabbits and I was told to feed them dandelions cos they love them, but again in moderation. Too much of anything is bad. My rabbits loved to eat mashed potatoe, potatoe peelings, and toast too. They like sunflower seeds which are usually mixed in with rabbit food anyway.

I would be very careful on this one, a friend of mine fed his rabbit digestives regularly, however dire results ensued, the rabbit became very fussy demanding variables such as custard creams and then doughnuts. Taking on board all these extra foodstuffs the rabbit grew to an extraordinary size and eventually made a break from the hutch and made its own way to tescos. a number of people witnessed the complete destruction of the biscuit section of tescos in cardiff although the ryvita and crackers section was left completely untouched
On the plus side my friend had a club card and got several thousand extra points. The rabbit died of overeating and my friend wears its foot round his neck, he cant move very fast cos its massive
Hope this helps

If the rabbit is still young I wouldnt give it anything but rabbit food, but otherwise its safe to give your rabbits biscuits but in moderation, about 1 a day!

If it is a dog biscuit then thats ok because a dog biscuit is made of cereal and it wears their teeth down, which is good for them. But not a biscuit made with sugar as they will become over weight very quickly.

Rabbits should not be fed anything other than specially-formulated pellets and fruits/vegetables/greens. Your friend could eventually cause her bunny to have digestive problems.

I would not do it. Mine will get a bite of a cookie or some other morsel of "human food" from time to time, usually when we are not paying attention. It does not seem to hurt him in very small amounts. Remember that they are unable to pass gas or regurgitate (throw up). Best to stick with rabbit food. I feed mine hay, fruit and veggies.

I've been giving my rabbit biscuits for years.
Not just plain ones either, she likes bourbons, choc-chip-cookies, custard creams etc. etc.
She's fat as butter mind-you, but I like her like that.
She's over 6 years old now, so it can't do that much harm!!!!

avoid giving bisuits to them. the salt content might be harmful to the rabbit causing fur loss, health problems and so on.
