That's the nature of the creature called Human, the only way to kinda guarantee a Dumb answer free Q&A site like this, is to make it so you have to pay for it, even then you won't get rid of ALL the dumb answers.
I myself have been guilty of being dumb, it in my nature, but then again I have made some questions that are not so dumb.. Dumbness is in the eye of the individual reading the Questions/Answers.

dumb is the wrong word
1 the anonimyty of the internet, makes people brave.
2. often people use the comp in groups. groups of boys act stupidly
3 alot of these ppl r religious, they just dont know any better
4. no age limmit
As a general hate, it is said, that any society, is only ever 24 hours away from collapse, people base this around the need for food or light.
People on hear are not stupid, they just behave like bullies.

I guess Yahoo Q&A has many many people asking and answering questions. Probably well over a million. In that large group we see a reflection of the society we live in and of the people who populate it. Therefore there will be those of us with average intelligence, some with less, and some with more. Of course, NO ONE could be as intelligent and smart as you. We all know that. Even you do.

depends on what your definition of dumb is and what makes a person dumb in your eyes? and for someone to presume people are dumb based on what is writtien here is very shallow so I would say look within yourself first then start calling people names when you know your are perfect on the inside and out.
