It would be affront to our manliness. Besides Columbus was a man and he overshot his destination by several thousand miles! Men have been doing that for centurys. Our brains are not wired the same way.

Well... I don't really have a problem with getting directions. I just like to try a little bit by myself first.

But if I get lost in downtown Minneapolis, then to hell with trying to find my own way out.

Good question, because men are ridiculous about asking for directions.It is not a slam on their manhood just to ask. What fools!

Half the time the directions I get are somewhat garbled and don't really help very much.

whats with men full stop.me and a mate from work pulled up near a shop and asked a man for directions.childish i know and he asked us what we wanted to buy in case the one that we were near didnt sell what we wanted

I never have to ask as I have very good map reading skills. I would never buy GPS as it is an un reliable system.
