Firstly relax. This totally worked for me, I lost 12 pounds in a week. A 15 min run and a two hour walk every day on both. The first is quite easy you just eat fruit and veg for a week. No carb, veg or fruit though. I wouldn't over do it on the fruit still. Cos veg is still way healthier and has less kcals. Mangoes are tasty and filling, and so are pickles. The only restriction is that you shouldn't eat past seven and shouldn't eat fruit past three and oh, yeah no bananas and spuds (potatoes). On this I still used salad dressings on my salads, balsamic vinegar only a bit though and stir frying is also and option but other than that no fats or oils and stuff. When stir frying use a bit of soya sauce and don't cook too long. I lost twelve pounds on this make sure you drink enough water. Depending on your weight, and if where you live is hot then you'll need more water.

Get yourself some protein powder,bananas,and some 2% milk.
For breakfast,make a smoothie shake with one banana,glass of milk,and a scoop of powder.
For lunch eat a salad with a few croutons and a little dressing for flavor.
For dinner,make the shake again,and don't eat anything after 6:00 p.m..
In between meals eat some fruit and drink plenty of water. No sodas,bread,candy or pastries. Good luck.

you're going to want to cut way down on your carb intake. boost your protein intake so that you still feel full and not starving. eat lots of fruits, nuts, veggies, and low-fat dairy. (like a snack every few hours, as opposed to major meals). also, do at least an hour of cardio exercise everyday. (running, biking, elliptical machine, jump rope). you have to get your heart rate up and keep it up for fat burning.

You can simply slowly change your diet. just don't go too fast or your stomach will hecome upset. and also you should exercise daily. or play games such as dance dance revolution. they can also help loose some pounds
