Take for instance the hoopla about banning smoking, and the latest uproar about employers who are dictating that all their employees be smoke free, or get fired. There are employers now saying that you cannot even smoke at home, otherwise you're fired. If this isn't an infringement on a person's/consumer's rights, then I don't know what is.

What about how companies no longer have to list ingredients on packages? Often you get just a number, or some foreign language, or nothing at all. Sometimes, you can't even figure out where it was made. In Canada, we used to have rules about this but since NAFTA, they're all down the toilet.
