Smoke some pot.. no seriously it works. I don't know if you know this, but medicinal marijuana is legal in Canada.. with restrictions.. you have to have certain illnesses and diseases.. Spinal Cord Injury is one of them.

Sorry to hear 'bout your dilemma. Because your incident caused your spine to compress.
Lie on your stomach and apply an ice pack for 15 minutes, remove ice for 13 minutes, reapply ice for
