If the person is uninfected, no...they are not going to give you what they don't have....

But the problem is you can't tell who is or who isn't infected, it's not like there is a flashing neon sign above a carriers head, be safe ALWAYS use a condom..at least until you and your partner are a steady item and both of you are sure that he or she does not have anything..

Safe sex with non HIV person is ok. No problems with that. But to be on the safer side use condom pls...

Excuse me! But people don't go around saying that they have AIDS. It's up to you to protect yourself. There are many people with the disease. We just don't know it. And many a times the disease in its early stage so it goes undetected. That's why they say, "always use protection."

You can only get infected if having sex (or kissing even) with someone infected. However, it can happen that the other person doesn`t know that he/she`s infected. Protecion should always come first.

Yes you can because some HIV systoms are undetectable and you do not know if you are affected or not.
