I can't be bothered to change my pic back to my avatar just to answer this question, but yes, I do, and I've been told I do.
It's just my hair is much blonder - the blonde on the avatars is more yellow.

Kinda. I think mostly the eyes and the specs I'm wearing. I also wear clothes that are similiar. Hair color is a match, but not the style.
