First, planets and their positions and motions do not affect our lives in any mystical sense, nor do they affect "life on earth" in any physical sense.
Second, go learn the difference between "affect" and "effect."
Finally, you dimwit, no new planets are being physically brought into existence. Stop and learn to think logically. Okay?

The question is probably best suited for an astrology forum and not a science forum.
Nevertheless, your question has merit within the realm of that subject matter.
I do not beleive in astrology since one of my degrees is in astronomy, but I do follow some of its literature for entertainment purposes. I get quite a bit of amusement on how something so vast and widely beleived can come from sheer rubbish.
In my understanding, astrologically speaking, each sun-sign is ruled by a different planet. The problem was that there were 12 signs and only 9 planets (after the discoveries of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto). The astrologers attributed the ruling of the signs of Cancer and Leo to the influence of the moon and the sun. But that was only 11. So they "fostered" Taurus to the influece of Venus which ruled Virgo, as I recall. They have long claimed that there must be another planet out there that ruled Taurus, and that its orbit would be a harmonic multiple of Venus which would explain why Venus could rule Virgo and at the same time foster Taurus.
Now, they will no doubt trumpet thier victory of having been proven right with the discovery of Xena. And should other planets be discovered, they will probably make the claim that those newer planets were the true rulers of Cancer and Leo and that the sun and the moon were also just fostering rulers.
Overall, it is just a load of hooey, but it makes pretty good conversation at parties.

How is your life changed by planetary motion? Not at all.
Add three planets? Even if planetary motion changed your life, just discovering three new ones or naming them would have no effect. They've been there all along.
That excludes, of course, people studying astronomy. More for them to learn.

Predicting ones future with the help of the planets is called astrology. Actually, they are not true. They just blabber something but they might have some psychological effects. Predicting ones future is just impossible and they are just fake.
