The Vampire will win. Vamps can do so much more. All a wof can do is get big and hairy. The vampire can fly, move at incredible speeds, and morph into many forms. Its all who is higher up the food chain and the Vampire is higher than the werewolf. Intelligence also. Vampires are self healing too.

Though everyone knows that Vampires are Ancient text stories
And Werewolves do exist in human life, It is possible to genetic DNA to a human and a wolf same with a vampire bat creating immortal beings.
How do i know this well i guess i checked it over in Mythology and Science. its possible i give it 40% possible
