Sadly you cannot just "sign", you have to be spotted by a scout from a club or have a trial at a club so that they can see if you are worth signing.
If it was that easy i would have done it years ago.
Train hard, play lots and good luck.

First play in your local team go to national team and then they will discover you. or may be go to England and start going to they training , junior training , you may find luck there good luck
