if i understand your question, your boyfriend eats a carrot after having inserted it into your anus. if so, no it's not a good habit. there ar germs and bacteria ib fecal mayyer which your boyfrien is injesting into his bofy. it's unclean, unsanitary fetish behavior.
i would suggest having him stop the practice---cold turkey.
