It's still Bill Gates. The Indian man someone referred to is Lakshmi Mittal the steel magnate, who has had a meteoric rise in the past two years, but is still about number three.
The only possible contender would be the Walton family (Wal-mart) if valued together, but their wealth is usually considered separately.
