More than likely yes. for many of reasons. and since she's under 18 more than likely she needs her parents approval. you need your parents to even go with you to doctors appointments if your under 18 unless you like go to a clinic or something. but every state is diff. I'm in ks so i would check your local state to see what they require. but i think she should give the baby up for adoption not abortion. there's many i mean many of family's that will willing take her baby with open arms. the baby didn't ask to be here. and for further reference tell them if they don't want any kids than to use a CONDOM.

Looks like she has to, cos she is still under age. Someone has to sign the paper for her to do the abortion. Hope carl is not Singaporean or he will get at least 3 caning and/or jail for have sex with girl under 16 year of age. If the authority get to learn it.

yes you do have to tell your parents anything like that under the age of 18 you need your parents with you. And to be honest with at 16 she should not be having sex let alone getting pregnant and then not wantin to accept the responsibility of what comes with her mistakes of having un protected sex. she should just keep the baby and let it be a lesson learned to her that maybe next time she can have your mate carl wear some protection or refrain from having sex

YES. Abortion is a very dangerous procedure! If your friend is under 16 she should not be having sex. That is way too young. She really needs to tell her parents.

I don't know if she HAS to, but I would recommend that she did. Keeping something like that from parents is awful. She should get conseling before having an abortion because it could be the biggest mistake she ever made.

It depends on the state in which your friend lives. You really need to show him this:

It depends on the state. I would recommend that she talks to them no matter what the law. This is a life changing experience she is about to undergo and she needs her parents support, and I'm sure they would want to give it to her.
