and dance with headphones on. Sing out loud.

Dress in a traditional way and feel little shy . If the girl talking openly to all and in modern dress, others loose interest after some days which is a temporary attraction. For a permanant attraction they shoiuld close their beauty , where others are very much interested when it closed rather than opened.

Demand it. If you are being ignored, make sure you clear your throat and speak up, keeping eye contact... show em whos the boss. If its a guy, be Jane, be hard ***, be intresting... but dont EVER think that you have to be something you're not... coz then he just aint worth it.
