I am not sure of a website, where you can learn or improve spoken english; and I am a bit standoff-ish about chatrooms, but there is a great website out there, for translating small bits of written materials; www.freetranslation.com. I use it often, with great success! Bear in mind, it is not a perfect translaton, but will give you basic meaning, if you are lost. Your writing here shows that your written English is pretty good! Since my ID is shown here, you are welcome to write to me, (email or instant messenger) and I would help you with any grammatical errors, and perhaps offer alternatives.
I only ask that we keep it clean, and respectul... I am a responsible adult, and would treat you in the same manner, as I would have you treat me. Above all, if you are a minor, I would strongly urge your parents knowledge, approval, and presence... no matter who you talk to on the internet.

Try learndirect, but I'm not sure if they still do free courses, they might do in some circumstances. Also, ask at your local jobcentre. I wish I could help you more, if you were in Manchester, I could tell you a particular place where they do it. Anyway, the best thing for your wife is to go out and practise English, tell her to watch TV and listen to radio, also to read as much as possible.

have a dictionary by ur side n read english newspapers n watch english channels...its easy.
