Absolutely. That's why I am answering YOUR question. Today I will visit 2 summer camps of Tots, as the music specialist. The first camp has a theme for this week...."colors and sizes and shapes,Oh! my!" I put in alot of thought as to the songs I would bring to them. I have lovely photos to accompany the songs. Also, they will be celebrating birthdays. I hope that whatever I can offer will help to contribute to making this a VERY happy day for the children. The other camp is having a pizza party. I have at least ONE good song..." On Top Of My Pizza," to the tune of "On Top Of Old Smokey." These kids are filled with love and energy and when you blend it with my love and energy, you've got yourself a good day. Hope you have a good one,too!
P.S. I had a ball at both camps. The one with the pizza party, end of the summer party, was wonderful. I was singing my song to them...a revamped "Here Comes The Sun"...."Here Comes My Friend." Some of the little children, with cake and pizza smeared on their dear faces, sang with me as they put their arms around each other's shoulders. I wish I had the whole day on video. Once again I realized how lucky I am and I thanked God .....
