i dont think so. if you are healthy and ready to undergo surgery, then fine, go ahead with doctor's advice.

Of course your not to young for plastic surgery. Younger girls than you are getting plastic surgery. Lindsey Lohan got her boobs done and she's not even 19 yet. This is a decision that you should make personal. Consult your doctor about the side effects.

It depends on what type of surgery you are considering. I am a patient advisor in a cosmetic surgery clinic and 20 is not to young but again it would depend on what you think your problem is and the type of surgery you are considering.

it would depend on what you want doing and wether or not it is causing you problems either with your physical or emotional health or wether you just wanted it done for vanity, if it's just for vanity perhaps exploring why you want the procedure first might be an option

yes, unless its devistating (like to cover skin graphs from burns) most doctors won't even consider it at such an early age.
