I asked this already but none of the answers seemed to work.

this is whats happening -
Every time i click on a link in my browser, that opens in a new window.... (such as an ad for example...or if im answering a question on this, and i search the answer, so that the yahoo search comes up in a new window)... the window does not load and just stays blank.
If the window has the standard buttons (back, forward, stop, refresh, home) i can press stop and refresh and the page will then load. But some windows do not have any buttons on the top, not even an address bar, so i cant get them to load. HELP! PLEASE!

Try clearing your browser cache before you do anything.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet options.
Under the General Tab, click on delete files. Restart
internet explorer.

Run antispyware such as Spybot search and destroy or Adaware
get them free here:

If you are running Yahoo toolbar try uninstalling it and then having another go. I suspect their spyware integration is a little bit dodgy.

when stuff starts to malfunction I begin saving all my information on other formats and then i pay one of those geek guys from the computer store to come and fix it. Watch out though, they dazzle you with fancy words and try to sell you stuff.

Use your anti-virus, update it and scan
Then run your ant-spyware solutions. I recommend AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destroy. You can use the free versions from http://www.download.com
