i try to start samll net caffe with 10 computers and one ADSL 2mb down and 512mb up net speed.and my computers P3 1000MHZ speed.this details enough for my nat caffe?pls give me some advaice for thecnical.

It depends where you want to set it up. If this is the only internet cafe in the area then it is ok. It is fine to start with such computers. The internet speed is fast enough.
In future you will definitely have to replace them because it can be really annoying to do anything with these computers.
It also depends on which OS you are going to use. I recommend win2000. It has relatively low hardware requirements and it modern enough to surf the web. Anything older than that is not suitable.
You should maybe split each connection between 2 or 3 computers. Perhaps sharing one connection between all computers will be a bit too slow. But it depends on your area. If people usually do not get fast download speeds then 1 connection for all 10 will be fine. This will save you money but the speeds will be fine. You should also install some basic antivirus protection because if you get viruses 1000mhz computers will become painfully slow.

i am a computer shop owner too. p3 1.0 ghz is well good enough yet bad or slow on online games. base on my expirience.

yes it is. actually mainly net speed is consider to dsl speed. then go ahead and dont confuse.
