look my friend,every person has there own identity and thats give that person a special identity.if u r shyfull then whats wrong with that?if u have a great personality,if u have intention to acchive your succes then no one can stop to to find out.human psychology says 4 love or make a realationshipe two deferent types of people r better. at first u asked yourself that how much u love her and what u can do 4 her?if yes,then u straite go to her and make a good friendshipe with her and when u will realise that time is coming then proposed her with gently.

be a good friend of the girl for at least four years and then u can propose her and get married with the permission of the family also get mixed up with the girl's family wait if u really love her other wise just leave and look for a girl of ur age also make more friends and get rid of ur shyness talk with children in the neighbourhood and around talk to ur teachers and relatives and cousins

you are too old for her, right now she is enjoying her teenage years leave her be.....either try and find some one closer to your own age or if you are genuine and patient then wait till a time when she is old enough to accept you, bear in mind also that you might not be her type and she might not be all that you expect or want
