why the quwstions here are different from the questions in german language. I am not american, I am brasilia

i was in my german ID and i found a good question to answer and I want more points for my brasilian ID, i changed the ID i went to the same english questions but the question i want that was made 5 minutes before by someone doesnt exist when i changed. what is going on?
